Sarah Harris leads the growth and strategic direction of Incite, a full-service social impact marketing firm. Incite is an Emmis Communications innovation dedicated to using marketing expertise and media access to Engage People, Inspire Belief and Incite Action. Sarah oversees all five Incite offices in New York, Los Angeles, Austin, St. Louis and Indianapolis. Her work is dedicated to forging corporate-community alliances and developing partnerships that use marketing campaigns to generate impact for brands and clients in the communities in which Incite operates.

Jeremy leads the Incite team’s strategic alliance and partner development efforts nationally. Previously, Jeremy held the role of Incite Director for the Indianapolis division. He has also worked for the Riley Children’s Foundation, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Indiana University Sports Properties where he developed new client relationships, creative initiatives, business plans and integrated marketing solutions. Jeremy’s expertise in the areas of cause and corporate social marketing and desire to develop true social change initiatives are critical to helping our clients give a voice to their community impact efforts.

Kaitlin leads Incite’s Project Management efforts by developing effective systems and processes that achieve measurable results for Incite’s clients. As Project Manager, she manages the campaign creative development process, media planning and buying, and campaign evaluation. She is passionate about creating new and innovative ways to reach both the general public and hard-to-reach audiences to create behavior change and raise awareness about under-utilized public services and resources. Her expertise in the health and education industries allow her to maximize campaign budgets by using proven mass media marketing tactics and grassroots strategy to create the greatest impact. She has worked on campaigns for clients such as the Lincoln Tech, The Foundation for Educational Choice and Indiana University Hospital.

 

Cynthia McGrail

Cynthia has over 20 years of integrated marketing, fundraising and digital media experience in the corporate, nonprofit and agency sectors. She spent over 10 years in Washington DC developing marketing and fundraising campaigns for the national offices of the American Red Cross and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Soon after leaving the non-profit world, Cynthia joined groundbreaking interactive television system Tele-TV (a joint venture of Bell Atlantic, Pacific Bell and NYNEX) as an associate producer; winning seven team BDA (Broadcast Design Association) awards.

Nichole brings expertise in sales, marketing and public relations to the Incite Indianapolis team. Nichole’s work includes organizations such as Roche Diagnostics, St. Vincent Health, McAlister’s Deli and IU Health, as well as nonprofit organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association and Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana.

His personal dedication to fundraising and organizational leadership has generated over $25 million in support for various charities.

Libby has been developing integrated marketing campaigns for corporations, non-profit organizations and advertising agencies for more than 20 years. Native to St. Louis, Libby is proud of her strong professional partnerships with profit and non-profit entities. She maximizes her industry expertise and professional network to develop initiatives that drive impact for partners in St. Louis and throughout Missouri.

 

Katie Ward

Katie joined the Incite team with a passion for mass media and its power to positively affect the world. Katie began her career in media at a St. Louis news station, FOX 2 KTVI, as an intern. Her time at KTVI was spent in the promotions department, helping to write news briefs and assisting in both on-air broadcasts and the execution of major station community events. It was through this experience that Katie developed a passion for media. Katie went on to intern for one of Emmis St. Louis’ radio stations, KSHE 95, coordinating and assisting in station events and remote broadcasts. Katie spent the next few years working as the stage manager for Metro Sports-Time Warner Cable. At Metro Sports she was able to combine her love of media and Mizzou athletics by managing sponsorships and executing pre- and post-game broadcasts.

The functions of her role include training, developing and coaching Lifestyle Marketing specialists as well as directing all aspects of advertising and issue marketing for Incite.
